Payment is due within three weeks after your pigeons begin the quarantine process. Should on the rare occassion your pigeon dies in Holland Quarantine there will be no fees assessed. Should your pigeon die in Canadian quarantine there will be a $130 fee. Deaths of healthy racing pigeons that enter quarantine are extremely rare. Even though the pigeons are vaccinated at the start of quarantine it is very important that the pigeons are vaccinated for PMV one month before the start of quarantine. Cappellini Pigeon Imports is not liable for any sick or deaths of your pigeon. You are entering you bird in to quarantine understanding that there are risk out of are control when dealing with live animals.

Due to the large number of pigeons that have remained in our flight pens for days, months and even years, we have decided to add some terms and conditions to our importing policies.

For pigeons that remain at Cappellini Pigeon Importing and import/shipping fees have not been paid, the following will apply:

$25 Late Fee will apply if an invoice is not paid before scheduled shipping day.

After 30 days, there will be a $0.50 charge per pigeon, per day, added to the import fees.

After 90 days, we will take possession of the pigeon(s) and sell the pigeons to recoup our import costs.
